Memories About Kristofer

YOU WILL BE MISSED

I remember when Kris drove up our drive and started unpacking his car! He had so much stuff packed into that car...I was truly amazed! He also had a trash can filled with candy in the passenger seat, so he'd have something to snack on while driving. I also remember him driving away that morning with Dani and thinking to myself what a nice visit we'd had with him and that he would be home for Christmas. To bad that didn't happen.

That remote memory was a sore subject with Kris. He was really upset when they didn't believe him when he said he didn't have it! Dad didn't put it there either.

I remember the day Kris took me out for my birthday. We went to Kohl's together and he bought me a watch. Then we went to the mall and had lunch were he bought me sunglasses. That was the best birthday gift I ever received. I miss you so much Kris. Love you

I remember when we lived in Dugway. When it was summer time we would spend all day swimming at the base pool. I was not the best swimmer but I remember trying to swim in the deep water with you on my back. I didn't get that far before we started to go under. Some how I found the side of the wall and pulled us up. i think that was the last time I ever tried that.

Well after reading Katrina's letter I thought I would join in on this too. I was at LV for about 4 months now. You, Amy, Randy and the kids came down to help me move to my new house. They went home that night but you stayed a few extra days. We were up in the Theater room setting it all up and you were up on a chair mounting the brackets for the projector. You went to hand me the hammer while you were looking up holding the bracket up there and I wasn’t paying attention because I was getting the drill off the ground. I remember you saying, Bryan here, I said I got it….referring to the Drill and you were saying “here” referring to giving me the hammer. I started getting up and next thing I know I was back on the ground holding my head. You said to me, Oops, Sorry about that. That night we had a few choice words with each other but I do remember stopping what we were doing and going to Best Buy that night. Why did we always go to Best Buy when we were mad at each other? I will always be thankful for that store because we all have had many good memories dealing with Best Buy. Miss you Kris.

Love, Bryan S. Moore

Katrina my memory is Kris wearing a long sleeve turtleneck and a pair of shorts (I had just drove back to Mena to see everyone). I believe the turleneck was brown with orange stripes. That is my most fondest memories of Kris!! I do have more but I will wait for another day!!! Good idea!!! I definately know how hard it is to talk about Kris because I feel the same way!! It has not gotten any better or easier. Time will tell all I believe. Love, Melissa

We were just thinking back to the time we had to mow Randy's Mom's yard...Do you remember that? Lol.. How much grass there was...and how you and I said we'd take the front and left Randy with the back... and I just followed you around holding the cord being that it PLUGED IN!!!! And you'd say, "How does this anymore?" They need a real mower... gas powered... lol.. you complain the whole time... but we got it done pretty fast... and then about 1 1/2 hrs. later Randy finished the back....I guess we did get the good end of the deal... cause the back yard was horrible:o) Then later that day you went and bought us a new mower...a nice one at that... but you did take it back ... lol... we really didn't need it... nice thought though...you were always thinking of others Kris... so thoughful... I hope that my kids have learned alot from you Kris... how to be so caring and so giving... Mom and Dad taught you well:o)
